So, this is my very first attempt at keeping a journal/blog. Saw it in "Julie & Julia" and thought, "I can do that". Maybe I can make some new friends and keep my stress level low.
A little about me. I'm 42, will be 43 on Sept 23rd. OMG I'm old!!! I have a 14 year old daughter who is a freshman in high school. She plays volleyball and the violin and is a very good artist. She wants to go to art school after high school. We have a cat who owns us and her name is Kitty.
I served in the USAF from July 30, 1986, until November 15, 1994. I was stationed in Texas, Mississippi, Texas again and then Arizona. I've traveled to Korea, Germany and Panama.
I work 2 jobs...1st as an office assistant for an apartment complex from 9am until 2pm Monday thru Friday and my 2nd is a Large Print Assembler for a color processing lab from 4pm until midnight Sunday thru Thursday.
I'm a single mom and haven't had a date in over a year so I'm a bit out of practice.

ReplyDeleteI don't know much about blogging myself. I keep journals but I don't know that I'd want anyone reading them! Sometimes I think it might be fun though. I've seen some really interesting ones about holidays and gardening.
You sure have your work cut out for you, working two jobs and raising a teen by yourself!
